SCG系列耐高溫水平振動輸送機工作原理
SCG系列長距離振動輸送機采用兩臺振動電機作為激振源,運用自同步原理,兩臺振動電機反向轉(zhuǎn)動,使輸送機底部平衡架產(chǎn)生往復振動,經(jīng)過主振簧與導向板簧的作用,帶動上部輸送槽振動,從而達到輸送物料的目的。
Working principles

SCG型長距離振動輸送機有敞開式、封閉式兩種,料槽橫截面可以做成圓形、矩形和梯形等多種型式。料槽的進料和出料也可根據(jù)需要制成一點進料、一點出料,一點進料、多點出料,多點進料、一點出料等多種型式。輸送距離較長時可用多臺輸送機連接起來輸送。SCG型長距離振動輸送機料槽使用橡膠彈簧或鋼簧支承,依靠固定在料槽上的兩臺振動電機的自同步運轉(zhuǎn),使料槽產(chǎn)生直線振動。

SCG系列耐高溫水平振動輸送機安裝維護使用
1.基本要求:
(1)振動輸送機的底架與槽體必須安裝平直,建議其平直度在10米長度不大于5-8毫米,底架與槽體過大的撓曲會引起較大的安裝應力,進而會引起這些機件的早期損壞。
(2)為了達到以上要求,隔振彈簧的下表面應該具有接近相同的標高,其允差不應大于5-8毫米。
(3)振動輸送機的導向桿的安裝角度應接近相同,剪切彈簧應與導向桿相垂直,其安裝角度對其安裝公稱位置的允差為+-1。
(4)傳動軸與槽體中心線垂直,兩傳動連桿應互相平行,不得有過大的歪斜,安裝角度允差為+-1 ,傳動軸安裝后轉(zhuǎn)動應靈活,用手能搬動360°以上。
(5)振動輸送機所有螺釘應鎖緊,一般應加彈簧墊圈,也可采用雙螺母來鎖緊。否則,螺栓很快松動,影響機器正常工作。
2.振動輸送機的安裝順序:
(1)測定各隔振彈簧支撐點的標高,或在附近墻壁劃上水平線。
(2)將底架墊起找平。
(3)將槽體支撐在底架上,并找平。
(4)在底架下面安裝隔振彈簧及彈簧下座板。
(5)將導向桿與剪切橡膠彈簧焊接于或用螺釘固定于槽體和底架上。
(6)安裝傳動軸組件和電動機,焊接激振板。
(7)將機器落下,焊接給料口和排料口,安裝密封套,固定好兩端蓋板。
Installation

(5)All the screws vibration conveyor should lock, generally should add spring washer, also can use double nut for locking.Otherwise, bolt looseness soon, affect the machine to work properly.
2. Vibration conveyor installation order:
(1)Determine the support for vibration isolation spring, elevation, or in the near wall horizontal line.
(2) the chassis underlay leveling.
(3) the tub support on the chassis, and leveling.
(4) under the chassis to install under the vibration isolation spring and spring plate.
(5) the guide rod and shear rubber spring welding on or in the tub with screws and chassis.
(6) installation and motor shaft components, welding vibration plate.
(7) machine, welding feeding and discharging mouth mouth, seal set of installation, fixed on both ends of the cover plate.
SCG系列耐高溫水平振動輸送機檢修注意事項
SCG系列長距離振動輸送機檢修的種類和內(nèi)容;應分周檢,月檢,半年檢,年檢等幾種,具體情況如下:
(1)周檢:每周應檢查連桿彈簧壓緊螺母有無松動,壓縮量是否適當,皮帶有無緊張,配重塊緊固如何,密封套有無破裂,漏灰等。
(2)月檢:檢查三角皮帶有無損壞,剪切彈簧。隔振簧有無破裂,焊接處有無裂紋,傳動軸有無足夠的潤滑油。
(3)半年檢:仔細檢查各部位焊縫,打開傳軸,軸承蓋,檢查軸承的工作工作情況與磨損情況,檢查橡膠彈簧有無老化和裂紋。
(4)年檢:每年對傳動部位進行一次檢修,并更換損壞彈簧,檢查槽體及料口磨損情況,必要時可進行局部更換或檢修。
Notices for Maintenance

(2) month check: check the v belt is damaged, the shear spring.Vibration isolation spring have burst, welding crack, the drive shaft have enough oil.
(3) half yearly check: check the position of weld, open the transmission shaft, bearing cover, check the bearing working performance and wear, look for aging and cracking of rubber spring.
(4) yearly check: each year to a maintenance of transmission parts, and replace damaged spring, check the tub and abrasion of mouth, when necessary for partial replacement or repair.
訂貨注意事項:
1.耐高溫輸送機不宜輸送高粘度、高水分含量的物料及易燃、易爆物品;
2.若輸送粉狀物料或以粉狀為主的混合物料時,產(chǎn)量將下降,下降幅度參考換算公式;
3.訂貨時需說明以下事項:a.物料種類及堆比重;b.物料粒度及含水量;c.輸送產(chǎn)量;d.輸送長度;e.若需中間進、卸料、則要注名進、卸料之間的距離,附簡圖;f.應注明設備的使用場所(如庫頂、庫底或立窯下等)。
